The Piedmont team were very easy to work with in providing care for my mother with early stage dementia. Management and nursing staff are responsive and great resources for those having to learn how to manage care for aging family members. Nothing ever goes totally smoothly or as planned in caring for aging parents, and the PHC team were great at adjusting the care plan on the fly.
