Sarah Williams

Sarah is the personnel hub of the office, overseeing benefits and employee concerns. In addition, Sarah works her magic matching caregivers to clients to enhance the relationships that help make up the trademark care and compassion of Piedmont Home Care. Before coming to Piedmont Home Care Sarah worked in the home health field, and that experience helps Sarah understand the importance of consistency in caregiver relationships. “Not only does it help build a personal relationship, it also helps a caregiver know what to look for as far as vital signs or differences in health-related issues.”

You might say Sarah’s work at Piedmont Home Care is just her day job. Before and after work she cares for her family farm in Yadkin County, where she and her partner Ben have a small herd of Black Angus cattle, a miniature donkey, goats, and a rabbit, in addition to their two small children.
