Michael Coil

Michael oversees the day-to-day operations of Piedmont Home Care, making sure the team has all the tools necessary to ensure clients and staff are cared for like family. “This is a family business, and we want to embrace that as part of our company culture.”

While Michael has been around Piedmont Home Care since his father acquired the business in 1994, it was in 2012 that he came on officially as operations manager. Prior to that he worked in Charlotte for an international human capital consulting firm.

Michael and his wife Jennifer were happy to move back to Winston-Salem, their hometown, to raise their family. In addition to activities with his two children, Michael enjoys salt water and fly fishing, bird hunting, and playing golf with his father. He also enjoys searching out places to find the perfect new record for his vinyl collection.
