Ellen Burris, RN, BSN

Caring for others is what drew Ellen to nursing, and in her position at Piedmont Home Care she enjoys the opportunity to help people from a wide spectrum of needs. “From short-term rehab to round-the-clock ongoing care, there is such a broad spectrum of care that we provide and I love getting to be a part of an organization that helps the community.” Ellen’s primary responsibility is to conduct initial assessments and follow-up assessments of clients to determine their plan of care and help make good matches with caregivers.

An avid outdoors-person, Ellen loves raising her kids with husband Aaron in the Piedmont Triad region. They make their home in Mocksville, where you might happen to catch the couple performing around the area as a duo Sourwood Honey
